About
J Caldwell Property Maintenance LLC was founded in 2023. We started doing small excavating and property maintenance and soon realized the market demand for concrete repairs and the need for ready-mix concrete in small loads to be available especially on the weekends. As a result, In the Summer of 2024 we began offering short-pour ready mix concrete. We also continue to offer concrete construction services (tear outs, finishing, design).

How much concrete can you deliver at one time?
Our Short-Pour ReadyMix trailer can deliever up to 1 yard of 4,000 PSI concrete per load. If you book early in the morning and need more than a yard we are more than happy to bring you a second load.
Is Ready Mix Concrete Available on Saturdays and Sundays
Absolutely!

Do you offer concrete construction services
Yes in addition to selling concrete we also offer construction services for tackling your small concrete projects. We specialize in sidewalks and also do stairs etc.
